Manage Contractor Liability Issues
Visser offers full management of the Contractor Management Program as per CAPP’s IRP 16 and 7. This program is in place to ensure that all contractors are properly insured, have current WCB insurance and have developed the appropriate safety programs to support safety on the work-site.
If a contractor is hired who does not have insurance, WCB, or a safety program in place you are putting your company at risk.
The Contractor Management Program has mandatory requirements contractors must meet in order to do work on a worksite.
Visser provides management of contractors to ensure the required information has been verified prior to adding them to the Approved Contractor List. Not only does Visser collect data, we also audit our data fields and notify contractors when their WCB or insurance is expiring.

Components
- Populating the database with existing vendor information

- Ensure that vendors have the appropriate Certificate of Insurance by verifying each vendor prior to approval
- Ensure that vendors have current WCB insurance by verifying the Letter of Good Standing with WCB prior to approval

Manage Waste Tracking Requirements
Visser offers an integrated and fully managed Waste Tracking Service to ensure compliance to ERCB Directive 058. These requirements include ERCB annual waste disposition reports to the regulators as required. The Visser “Cradle to Grave” solution to waste tracking compliance is a completely managed service that ensures compliance in all areas. Along with monthly Waste Tracking Services, Visser also provides annual summary reports and annual waste disposition reports to the ERCB through the DDS system on behalf of your company.
